My Story
Hi, I’m Matt, the owner of Tried and True Remodel. I’m also a proud husband to my wife of 11 years, Michele, and a dad to our two amazing kids, Tyler and Lilyana. Welcome to our site!
Because I know exactly how much my own home means to my family, I understand that a house is much more than just wood, drywall, and paint. It’s where your life happens— When you invite a contractor into your home to remodel a kitchen, update a bathroom, or finish a basement, you are placing a tremendous amount of trust in them to respect your family's space. Stepping into the role of owner here at Tried and True has been all about honoring that trust.

I’ve dedicated the past 15 years to the remodeling industry. Before stepping into full-time remodeling, I spent years working in both building maintenance and material supply. Those roles taught me two vital lessons: how to truly care for a property and how to navigate the world of building materials to get my clients the absolute best value. I’m incredibly passionate about providing a seamless, stress-free remodeling experience—the 'tried and true' way.
